Currently leading data and advanced analytics initiatives at Gozem through the Gozem Data Hub, a centralized platform empowering hundreds of employees with data products, AI tools, and automation.
I lead the Data & Analytics team at Gozem, French-speaking Africa’s leading super app serving millions across ride-hailing, e-commerce, delivery, and financial services. Together with a team of 14+ data professionals across Sub-Saharan Africa, we build the systems that turn data into action for the entire organization.
I have spent the past years building data products and AI solutions, from designing the Gozem Data Hub from scratch to consulting for the United Nations (ITC) on data strategy for startups across ECOWAS, co-founding Takwimu LAB to advance NLP research on low-resource African languages, and contributing to smart agriculture platforms powered by big data and machine learning. I also serve as Vice-Chair of iSheero, an initiative promoting data science and AI in Benin.
My background in Statistics & Probability, combined with hands-on expertise in cloud architecture (GCP), data engineering, machine learning, and full-stack AI-assisted development, allows me to bridge the gap between technical execution and business outcomes. I care deeply about building strong teams, fostering data-driven culture, and shipping products that create real impact.

As a passionate Junior Data Scientist, I co-founded and nurtured Takwimu LAB; a vibrant community for AI and Data Science enthusiasts, creating hands-on experiences from online learning paths that everyone could connect with. Together, we promoted research on low-resource African languages, collaborating to collect, label, and publish parallel text datasets for Neural Machine Translation like French-Fongbé and French-Ewe. These efforts resulted in impactful projects such as the prototype of an English-Fongbé Neural ML Translation app, made possible through the AI4D-Africa Network and UNESCO support.
Our work received recognition, including the Zindi Africa Award for the AI4D-African Dataset Challenge (2020). Later, we co-organized a machine translation challenge on Zindi Africa, contributing to the development of local data science talent. We published findings through the AI4D African Language Program, presented at the AfricaNLP Workshop during EACL 2021.
Intensive 4-month program focused on Data Engineering, Machine Learning, and Big Data infrastructure using Spark, Hive, Python, and SQL. Completed hands-on projects addressing real-world challenges in data visualization and large-scale data processing.
Key project: Duniya Data, a collaborative agricultural insights app that uses data science to improve farming practices, built with peers under mentor guidance.
