Agency departments needed practical exposure to advanced analytics tools but lacked accessible, hands-on training material tailored to their day-to-day workflows.

Designed and delivered hands-on R analytics training to ~30 agents from 2 departments over a 1-week seminar (2 sessions). Left agency staff with reusable training materials.

Benin’s national research financing knowledge base was incomplete, particularly on survey-related funding flows across public institutions, limiting visibility for policy and planning.

Contributed to INStaD’s national survey funding data collection campaign by covering the statistics departments of 4 ministries. Collected and reported research financing records to enrich the agency’s national knowledge base.
