Vice-Chair of iSheero.Community

iSHEERO is an initiative promoting data science and AI in Benin and across Francophone Africa, built on three pillars:

• Skills development: equipping young Beninese talent with AI skills.
• Local ecosystem: building a data science ecosystem to position Benin as a hub for international AI projects.
• AI in business: helping companies adopt AI for operational performance and growth.

Contributions as Vice-Chair:

• Led a real-time visualization lab in Google Cloud at the Africa TechUp Tour bootcamp.
• Engaged with DataCamp scholarship recipients in data engineering as part of an iSHEERO partnership program.
• Contributed to the review of Benin’s national big data strategy roadmap, helping shape the use of big data and AI in the public sector.
• Co-trained directors of information systems (DSIs) across Ministry of Finance departments in data science.
