As a Data Management Consultant, designed and delivered data-management and data-strategy training for 15 early-stage ECOWAS startups under the UN ITC Netherlands Trust Fund V program.

  • Created reusable training materials covering market analysis, marketing campaigns and team-performance tracking to support startup competitiveness and internal operational efficiency. Later cohorts reused the materials.
  • Delivered the workshops to 15 startups from Benin and other ECOWAS countries, and coached five founders individually on their data-management challenges.
